As a photographer, I am normally the one behind the camera. I document my kiddos' days and their growth. I love this. But, there are some events where Mommy (or daddy) needs to be in the photos. There are some events too precious to not have everyone in the photos. There are some events where a simple snapshot isn't quite up to par. There are some events where you want professional photos to preserve the momentous life events.

Remember, they will not be little forever. And very soon, this precious moment in my family's life will be gone forever..

So yes, even photographers hire photographers.

I am so in love with our photos from Bree Linne Photography. Bree took our newborn photos a week after Leeland Judah was born. I love the emotion she captured. I love how she portrayed the love our family has for each other. She caught Lucy's joy for life. I love that she made me feel beautiful as a mom who just had a baby!! I love that she caught the precious glances as my husband adored his son and daughter. I love that she knew how to do all of this, and all I had to do was just show up.

I want to encourage you: capture those moments. Hire a professional photographer for those special times in your life when you know you will look back to reminisce. Life changes too fast to not get great photos. Your babies are only babies once. Your son starts kindergarten or middle school only once. Your daughter only graduates from high school once. This fall season only happens once. These days and moments are oh-so-precious and once in a lifetime.
