By entering contest, you agree to the following rules:
Contestant must graduate high school in 2018 or 2019.
Parents (or guardian and will be referred to as parents) must consent and sign a model release form.
Parents agree to $100 entry fee.
Entry fee guarantees a spot in the contest and a Classic Senior Session with KDP (must use session by May 31, 2018 and meet minimum print order) should contestant not win contest.
KDP will give to the winner: 2 airfare tickets, a 2 - 3 hour photo session in NYC, hair and makeup appointment.
KDP will follow all NYC ordinances for film and photography.
One parent or guardian must accompany winner. This parent or guardian will be in charge of winner. At no point will KDP assume responsibility or custody of winner.
Winner/parent will be responsible for their food and luggage costs.
Should winner/parent miss flight or connections, it will be their responsibility to pay for any charges due to missed flights.
KDP will offer up to 3 different dates for winner. Should none of offered dates work for winner, KDP will offer the prize to the second place contestant.
Winner must comply with regular session deadlines and procedures. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of prize.
Contest will be held on Facebook & Instagram (with no association to either) and contestants may request scoring procedures in print.
Winner, winner's parents, contestants, or contestants' parents agree to a fair contest and will not hold KDP liable for any damages during contest or during trip. Bad mouthing of other contestants will result in immediate removal from contest, forfeiture of entry fee, and loss of photo session.
