What if you had to relive high school alone?

The bell rings, and a flutter of papers shuffling, books thudding shut, and chairs scooting across the floor break the silence. You look up from your chosen spot in the back of the classroom and start to gather your things into your backpack. Your teacher rattles off a reminder about the big project as others in your class basically sprint for the halls.

You throw your backpack over your shoulder as you make your way out of the room and spot your bestie in the hall. She smiles big as she sees you and gives you a hug. You are so thankful for her.

She's basically your soulmate, and you can't imagine life without her. She encourages you to be bold and to take risks that you would otherwise regret missing. She always knows how to make you laugh... and exactly what to say to make you mad. She helps you pick up the pieces when the difficulties and disappointments of life shatter your heart. You've shared so much laughter and good times together. She makes you a better version of you.

But... what if?

What if you had to relive all your high school memories without her?

What if your Friday night lights didn't include your post game celebrations with her in the passenger seat of your car as you met up with friends at Whataburger?

What if you didn't get to spend long summer days with her at the lake?

What if you didn't get to have sleepovers and crazy conversations until 2am that helped you make important decisions about life?

What if you didn't have her to talk you down from making some horrible mistakes?

What if you had to relive high school with her not by your side?

That's exactly what traditional high school portraits do.

They completely ignore the fact that you did not walk this journey alone. You were not alone as you struggled through your first semester transitioning into high school. You were not the only one that got lost in the maze of hallways a couple of times. You weren't the only one that absolutely loved eating an entire order (or 3) of fries after a football game. You weren't alone as you watched the gorgeous sunsets at the lake in the sticky summer humidity. You survived the awkward teen years together.

Your best friend lived it with you.

Introducing the Best Friends Sessions

What is it?
The result is something that you and your bestie(s) will love and cherish as you finish high school, move off to college, travel the world, or whatever your plans may be.

The Best Friends Sessions creates a storyline of images that show what your friends mean to you and you mean to them. It will help you look back when you are older and appreciate these very special friends that made high school bearable and possibly enjoyable. You love them and they love you. You didn't do high school alone so you shouldn't have meaningful pictures without them!

I'm having an early bird special. Contact me before May 11, and you'll receive the session complimentary. After May 11, the session goes away!
