Best Friends Session: Boho & Flower Crowns

To show you how to implement the tip, here is Haley's session. Haley and her friends decided to go with a boho and flower crowns theme for her BFF shoot with Tribe19.

Haley & Molly picked very bohemian style dresses with large flower prints to coordinate with the flower crown theme.

Caulder wore a loose top that color coordinated with the dresses, a chunky necklace, and braided flowers into her hair.

Abby wore jeans that matched the green in both of the dresses and a top that coordinated with the taupes found in the flowers in the dresses.

Tip: Why did these outfits work together?

The number one tip right now when doing group photo sessions, whether it is with your best friends or a family session: coordinate, don't match. Pick a theme. Haley, Molly, Abby, and Caulder did an excellent job coordinating their outfits. They didn't all wear the same thing. Instead, they picked a theme and made sure that their color schemes fit the theme. I often suggest: dress one person in a print. Everyone else coordinate with that print.
